Welcome to this course guide for MTH3303 Statistical Techniques

This course is a storehouse of methods for using the techniques of statistics. There are many techniques to be applied in the use of statistics such as data and surveys, sampling and classification, descriptive statistics, probability, estimation and confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing. All of these need to be understood and applied appropriately to accomplish the many functions of statistical usage. Approach this course with enthusiasm and a desire to attain another accomplishment in your academic studies..
